  • 900GB local HDD + 22TB on LSI MegaRAID SAS 2208
  • Dual Intel I350 gigabit NICs
  • Coprocessors
    • GeForce GTX-980
    • Tesla K40c
  • OS: Fedora 20 (Heisenbug)
  • Drivers:
    • Kernel 3.19.8-100
    • nvidia-?? driver, CUDA runtime 7.0

OS Configuration

Normal Fedora 20 install

Cerberus is a production machine in the 472 room. Primarily it:

  • Provides NFS storage to Chymera and the Nucs
  • Runs the SLURM scheduler for the Nuc cluster [error: this is apparently (?) not configured...]
  • Runs sysfera-ds
